01Do I pay before I see my website?
No. Your Discoverability Report, your complete website hosted on Indexed and your portal are free, with no plan needed. Starting free turns on nothing paid. You pay only when you choose a plan for your own domain or a team.
02What is the difference between Foundation, Search, Marketing and Full team?
Each plan adds a team and includes everything before it. Foundation is your website on your own domain. Search adds your Search team (Indexed Live). Marketing adds your Marketing team. Full team adds your Operations team and your Ads team.
03Are the teams real people?
No. Every team is AI, working with Rumi. You approve what goes out: campaigns wait for your OK, and your ad budget stays in your control.
04Can I choose only the teams I need?
Yes. Foundation is always included. Switch on the Search, Marketing, Operations or Ads team one at a time. We show the lowest-priced catalogue plan that includes the teams you select.
05How do I add my Search team?
Choose the Search plan, or a higher plan that includes it. Search is US$59 monthly, or US$49 per month billed yearly (US$588 for the year). You review and approve the paid terms before subscribing.
06Is my plan automatically renewed?
Yes. Your plan renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time through the client portal or by emailing hello@beindexed.ai.
07Can I change my plan after I buy?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan, or add or remove a team, from your account.
08Is my domain included?
Yes. The .com domain, hosting and SSL are included, and yearly renewal of a domain Indexed registers for you is included. A domain you already own stays at your own cost, and we handle the transfer on request: email hello@beindexed.ai.
09Do I pay extra for Rumi?
No. Full Rumi access with an Indexed subscription, subject to platform safety limits. Any team counts: every plan from Search up, or any team you add when you build your own. Foundation on its own keeps Rumi within the free monthly allowance.
10What if I have more than one location?
The Operations team is priced per location. Full team covers one location, and each extra location adds US$99 a month.
11Who pays for my ads?
You do, directly to the ad platform. The Ads team fee covers watching your ad accounts and recommending what to change. Your budget stays in your control.
12What about refunds, currency and tax?
There are no change-of-mind refunds. The 24-hour delivery-or-refund guarantee applies only to yearly Foundation: if its website is not live on your own domain within 24 hours of payment, the eligible yearly Foundation payment is refunded under the Refund Policy.
