Getting started
What is Indexed?
Indexed adds AI teams to your business: a Search team, a Marketing team, an Operations team and an Ads team, run with Rumi, your AI business assistant. You start free. We scan how AI sees your business, build your complete website, and host it free. You add teams when you are ready.
Who is Indexed for?
Business owners across industries and stages, from family-run shops and independent practices to new founders and growing businesses. You do not need to be an AI expert or know how to build a website.
What link should I use for my free scan?
Use your public Instagram, TikTok, Facebook page or existing website. Start with the link that best represents your business.
What will the scan show me?
Your free Discoverability Report shows what AI can find about your business and where important information may be missing or unclear, such as your hours, services and prices.
Do I pay before seeing the website?
No. The free scan and your complete website are free, with no card. Your website is built and hosted free at sites.beindexed.ai/your-link. You choose a plan only when you want your own domain or a team.
What if I am just starting and have very little content?
You can start with a public business link, even if the content is limited. You may need to provide more information about your offer. If you do not have a public business link yet, email us and we will help you find the best way to begin.
Your free website
Where does my free website live?
At sites.beindexed.ai/your-link. It is a complete website, built from your brand and hosted free by Indexed. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Do I have to design or write the website myself?
Indexed prepares the website for your business. You provide or confirm the facts, share suitable images and review the result. You can ask for changes before approving the website for launch.
Will anything go live without my approval?
No. You review the website and approve it before launch. Your teams prepare work for you to review, and you stay in control of what moves forward.
I already have a website. Can I use Indexed?
Yes. Start with your existing website link. We rebuild the website to prepare it for AI discovery, rather than moving the existing design as-is. You review the new site before approving launch.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes. Share photos you own or have permission to use. You can also review which existing business images are suitable. A photo being publicly visible does not automatically mean it can be reused.
How many revisions are included?
You can ask for changes to your website through Rumi, and there is no fixed number of edits. You review and approve changes before they go live.
Can my website grow after launch?
The website starts as a one-page site and can be developed into more pages after launch. There is no gallery limit. Discuss the additional pages you need through your portal.
Is there a limit on video duration?
Your website can include up to 30 minutes of video in total, across all videos. This is a combined limit per website, not a limit per video.
What does an AI-ready website mean?
It means giving your business a clear source of information that customers and AI systems can understand: what you offer, who you serve and how to contact you. It does not guarantee that an AI platform will recommend your business.
Can I use Indexed if my business is entirely online?
Yes. Indexed is for online businesses too, including consultants, freelancers and independent service providers. Your website can explain what you offer, who it helps and how a customer can take the next step. You do not need a shopfront.
Can I keep my existing booking and payment tools?
Yes. You can embed existing booking and payment tools in your website where the provider supports embedding. Share the tools you use during setup and review how they work before launch. Embedding a tool does not automatically connect its data to Rumi.
Does my website include a shop, courses or memberships?
Booking and payment tools can be embedded where the provider supports it. That is different from providing a complete online shop, course platform or membership system. Tell us what you need before purchasing so the website scope and any separate tools can be confirmed.
Do I have to publish my home address?
No. A public street address is not required. You can keep your home address private and describe how and where you serve customers instead.
Your own domain
How do I put my website on my own domain?
Choose Foundation: US$15 a month, or US$12 a month billed yearly (US$144 a year). Your website then goes live on your own .com domain, with hosting and SSL. You choose your domain name and when the website goes live.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Connecting a domain you already own to your Indexed website is different from transferring its registration. If you only connect it, the domain stays registered with your current provider, at your own cost. If you want Indexed to handle the transfer, ask us and approve it: email hello@beindexed.ai. You remain responsible for your existing domain-email arrangements. Yearly renewal of a domain Indexed registers for you is included.
What should I check before moving my existing website?
You are responsible for migrating existing content, managing old-page redirects and maintaining domain-email continuity. Coordinate these steps before launch, and email hello@beindexed.ai if you want us to handle the domain transfer.
Plans and pricing
What are the plans?
There are four plans, and each includes the one before. Foundation is your website on your own domain: US$15 a month, or US$12 a month billed yearly. Search adds your Search team: US$59 a month, or US$49 a month billed yearly. Marketing adds your Marketing team: US$349 a month, or US$299 a month billed yearly. Full team adds your Operations team and your Ads team: US$699 a month, or US$649 a month billed yearly. Prices are in US dollars, before tax.
Can I build my own plan?
Choose the teams you need and review the current plan that covers them. Foundation is US$15 monthly. Search is US$59 monthly and Marketing is US$349 monthly, with the included teams shown before checkout. Operations is priced per location. Review the selected plan, any additional locations and the full total before confirming payment.
How do I add my Search team?
Your Search team is included in the Search, Marketing and Full team plans. Search starts at US$59 monthly, or US$49 a month billed yearly. Choose and confirm a current plan before paid work starts.
How does pricing work for multiple locations?
The Operations team is priced per location. Full team covers one location, and each extra location adds US$99 a month. If you need a separate website for each location, tell us before purchasing so the scope can be confirmed.
How do I pay, and are taxes included?
Payments are by credit card through Stripe. Prices are available in USD, SGD, AUD, GBP and EUR. Regional checkout is available only where enabled; elsewhere, checkout is charged in USD. Prices exclude tax. No tax is currently charged, so the total at checkout is the price shown in the checkout currency.
Who pays for my ads?
You do, directly to the ad platform. The Ads team fee covers watching your ad accounts and recommending what to change. Your budget stays in your control.
Your teams and Rumi
Are the teams real people?
No. Every team is AI, working with Rumi. You approve what goes out: campaigns wait for your OK, and your ad budget stays in your control.
What does my Search team do?
It checks every week how Google and AI search see your business, edits your site so they can find and understand you, and reports on what needs your attention. It is part of the Search plan and every plan above it.
What does my Marketing team do?
It plans campaigns for your business and makes the images, posters and a short video for each one. Every campaign waits for your review, and nothing posts until you approve it. It is part of the Marketing and Full team plans.
What does my Operations team do?
It keeps your sales, team and customer records in one place, with POS and HR tools that have Rumi built in. You can ask Rumi about recent sales, then explore whether stock needs attention. Answers should use your business records; forecasts are estimates, separate from recorded sales. It is part of the Full team plan; additional locations are priced at US$99 monthly.
What does my Ads team do?
It watches your ad accounts and recommends what to change. You connect your ad accounts, you pay ad spend directly to the ad platform, and you decide on every change. It is part of the Full team plan.
Does Rumi cost extra?
No. Full Rumi access with an Indexed subscription, subject to platform safety limits. That covers the Search plan and above, and any team you add when you build your own. Foundation on its own has the free monthly allowance shown in your portal.
Can my teams send messages or run ads without me?
No. Work must be approved by you before it is carried out. Nothing is sent, posted or run without your approval, and your silence is not approval. Review each proposal in your portal, ask for changes or approve it when you are ready.
Does embedding a tool give Rumi access to its data?
No. Displaying a booking or payment tool on your website does not automatically give Rumi access to its records. Any data connection needs its own supported integration and your approval.
Where do I talk to Rumi?
You can talk to Rumi in your Indexed portal and send photos, documents and voice messages.
Can staff or family members have access?
Yes. Staff and family members can have their own logins. Account permissions, including who can approve work, are configured in your portal setup.
Cancelling, changes and refunds
Can I change my plan after I buy?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan, or add or remove a team, from your account.
Is my plan automatically renewed?
Yes. Your plan renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the client portal or by emailing hello@beindexed.ai.
What happens if I cancel my website?
A monthly plan stays live until the end of the paid month, and the unused part of that month is not refunded. A yearly plan ends when you cancel, and the unused part of the paid year is refunded pro rata to your original payment method. You can ask for immediate termination instead. When the plan ends, your website is closed. If you cancel only a team and keep Foundation, your website stays live. On request after cancellation, you can receive a copy of the content you supplied.
Can I pause my subscription and resume later?
Pausing is not offered. You can cancel your plan instead. A monthly plan stays live until the end of the paid month; a yearly plan ends when you cancel, with the unused part of the year refunded pro rata.
Where can I check cancellation and refund terms?
Plans renew until cancelled. Cancel any time in the client portal or by emailing hello@beindexed.ai. We don't offer change-of-mind refunds. If you cancel a monthly plan, it stays live until the end of the paid month with no refund for the unused month. If you cancel a yearly plan, it ends on cancellation and the unused part of the paid year is refunded pro rata to the original payment method. For yearly Foundation only, if your website isn't live within 24 hours of payment, we refund everything you paid for yearly Foundation, with no deductions, unless the delay was caused by you or by a third-party outage. US-dollar refunds are automatic; refunds in other currencies are checked by our team first. To cancel a yearly plan, email hello@beindexed.ai. Review the Refund Policy and the payment terms before purchasing.
Privacy, languages and support
What information do you use?
We start with public business information and the details you provide or confirm. If you connect additional tools, review the requested access before approving it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
What if the information about my business is wrong?
Tell us what needs correcting when you review it. You know your business best, and your approval matters before changes go live.
Which language and payment options can I use?
The website language selector offers English, Khmer, French, Spanish, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean when a complete saved translation is available. Non-English pages are machine-translated; legal, payment and consent content stays in English. Payments use Stripe. Prices are available in USD, SGD, AUD, GBP and EUR; regional checkout is available only where enabled.
Is Indexed available in my country?
Indexed is available to businesses in all countries. Use the website language selector to see the complete translations available for the page. Non-English pages are machine-translated; legal, payment and consent content stays in English.
Are any business types excluded?
Illegal businesses and activities are not permitted.
Does Indexed guarantee rankings or sales?
No. Search visibility and AI recommendations can change, and neither rankings nor sales are guaranteed. The aim is to make your business clearer and easier to understand, then show you what needs attention.
What if I need accessibility assistance?
If you have difficulty using the website or portal, contact us and describe the page and the task you are trying to complete. You can mention the assistive technology you use if helpful.
How do I get help?
Onboarding is self-service with an AI assistant. Support is provided through our AI agents, with responses within 24 hours during our five-day support week. Support operates on Singapore time (SGT, UTC+8). A response does not necessarily mean the issue will be resolved within that time.
