What is Indexed?+
Indexed helps you get your business ready for the intelligent future. Start by understanding how AI sees your business, review a website prepared for you, and explore ongoing tools with Rumi, your AI business assistant.
Who is Indexed for?+
Business owners across industries and stages—from family-run shops and independent practices to new founders and growing businesses. You don’t need to be an AI expert or learn how to build a website.
What link should I use for my free scan?+
Use your public Instagram, TikTok, Facebook page or existing website. Start with the link that best represents your business.
What will the scan show me?+
The scan helps you understand what AI can find about your business and where important information may be missing or unclear, such as your hours, services and prices.
Do I need a card to start?+
No card is required for the free scan. You can review your website before deciding whether to pay to launch it.
Starting small & online services
Can I use Indexed if my business is entirely online?+
Yes. Indexed is for online businesses too, including consultants, freelancers and independent service providers. Your website can explain what you offer, who it helps and how a customer can take the next step. You do not need a shopfront.
What if I am just starting and have very little content?+
You can start with a public business link, even if the content is limited. You may need to provide more information about your offer. Starting without any public business link is not available yet; we plan to roll this out. Email us to register your interest.
Can I keep my existing booking and payment tools?+
Yes. You can embed existing booking and payment tools in your website where the provider supports embedding. Share the tools you use during setup and review how they work before launch. Embedding a tool does not automatically connect its data to Rumi.
How could Rumi help a consulting or service business at launch?+
With Indexed Live, the starting point is how clearly AI understands your business. For example, a consulting offer may not explain who it is for or what a package includes. Rumi can help explain those gaps and prepare clearer information for your review. Customer messaging and marketing tools are planned for later releases.
Your website
Is there a limit on video duration?+
Your website can include up to 30 minutes of video in total, across all videos. This is a combined limit per website, not a limit per video.
Can my website grow after launch?+
The website starts as a one-page site and can be developed into more pages after launch. There is no gallery limit. Discuss the additional pages you need through your portal.
What does an AI-ready website mean?+
It means giving your business a clear source of information that customers and AI systems can understand: what you offer, who you serve and how to contact you. Indexed rebuilds your website around that information. It does not guarantee that an AI platform will recommend your business.
Does my website include a shop, courses or memberships?+
Booking and payment tools can be embedded where the provider supports it. That is different from providing a complete online shop, course platform or membership system. Tell us what you need before purchasing so the website scope and any separate tools can be confirmed.
What should I check before moving my existing website?+
You are responsible for migrating existing content, managing old-page redirects and maintaining domain-email continuity. Indexed rebuilds your website and handles the domain transfer, which you arrange separately through your admin portal. Coordinate these steps before launch.
How many revisions are included?+
The launch website includes one revision per month. With an Indexed Live subscription, revisions are unlimited. You review and approve changes before they go live.
Do I have to design or write the website myself?+
Indexed prepares a direction for your business. You provide or confirm the facts, share suitable images and review the result. You can ask for changes before approving the website for launch.
I already have a website. Can I use Indexed?+
Yes. Start with your existing website link. We rebuild the website entirely to prepare it for AI discovery, rather than moving the existing design as-is. You review the new site before approving launch. Domain transfer is handled separately in your admin portal.
Can I keep my domain?+
Yes. Indexed handles the domain transfer with your approval, through the separate domain-transfer process in your admin portal. You remain responsible for your existing domain-email arrangements and continuity.
Can I use my own photos?+
Yes. Share photos you own or have permission to use. You can also review which existing business images are suitable. A photo being publicly visible does not automatically mean it can be reused.
Will anything go live without my approval?+
No. You review the website and approve it before launch. Rumi prepares work for you to review; you stay in control of what moves forward.
How is this different from building it myself?+
Indexed prepares the website and helps with the work around it, so you can focus on reviewing the result. Ongoing support and tools depend on the subscription you choose.
Pricing & subscriptions
How do I pay, and are taxes included?+
Payments are by credit card through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are additional and depend on your country.
Is there a free trial of Indexed Live?+
Yes. Indexed Live includes a free 30-day trial. After the trial, the confirmed prices are USD 49 per month or USD 470 per year. Review and agree to the subscription terms before it begins.
What would a website and Indexed Live cost together?+
At the confirmed standard prices, the website is USD 149 for the first year. Twelve monthly Indexed Live payments of USD 49 add USD 588, for a combined USD 737. Choosing Indexed Live at USD 470 annually gives a combined USD 619. These are standard-rate comparisons, not your first-year checkout total: the free 30-day Indexed Live trial changes when paid billing begins. Taxes, separate services and advertising spend are additional. Check the final terms at checkout.
How does pricing work for multiple locations?+
Business Operations is USD 99 per month per location. If you have multiple locations, confirm how many websites and other subscriptions you need before purchasing; do not assume one subscription covers every location.
What does it cost to launch my website?+
The website offer is USD 149 to launch, including the site, domain, hosting and SSL for the first 12 months. One revision per month is included. The website renews at USD 149 per year unless cancelled.
Is ongoing business support included in that price?+
The USD 149 annual website offer is separate from ongoing subscriptions. Rumi is included in every subscription, with no separate Rumi fee.
How much is Indexed Live?+
Indexed Live is USD 49 per month or USD 470 per year. Available at launch, it helps you understand how AI describes your business and what information needs attention. Unlimited revisions and Rumi are included.
How much will Business Operations cost?+
Business Operations is USD 99 per month per location. Our POS and HR tools are launching shortly after Indexed Live, with Rumi built in.
What are the prices for the services coming later?+
Customer Response is USD 129 per month for help with customer communications. Demand Generation is USD 299 per month for marketing plans and content. Customer Acquisition is USD 399 per month, plus advertising spend, for advertising support. These services will follow later; they are not available at launch. Rumi is included in each subscription, and work requires your approval.
Does Rumi cost extra?+
No. Rumi is included in every subscription. There is no separate Rumi fee.
Do I pay before seeing the website?+
No. Review the website before deciding to launch. The free scan does not require a card.
Where can I check cancellation and refund terms?+
You can request a website-launch refund within 24 hours of first deployment, minus the domain fee. Recurring subscription payments are non-refundable. Review the Refund Policy and the payment terms before purchasing.
Rumi & the roadmap
What happens if I do not approve proposed work?+
Work that requires your approval does not move forward without it. Review the proposal in your portal, ask for changes or approve it when you are ready. Your silence is not approval.
Does embedding a tool give Rumi access to its data?+
No. Displaying a booking or payment tool on your website does not automatically give Rumi access to its records. Any data connection needs its own supported integration and your approval.
What does Rumi actually help with?+
Rumi helps you understand what needs attention and prepares work for your review. Indexed Live is available at launch. Our POS and HR tools are launching shortly after, with customer communications, marketing plans and advertising to follow.
What is Indexed Live?+
Indexed Live helps you understand how AI describes your business and what information needs attention. It is available at launch.
Are the POS and HR tools available at launch?+
They are launching shortly after Indexed Live. These are our own business tools with Rumi built in, bringing sales, stock and people into the conversation.
Could I ask Rumi about sales or stock?+
That is part of the planned POS experience: ask how sales performed over the last 30 days, then explore whether stock needs attention. Answers should use your business records; forecasts are estimates, separate from recorded sales.
Can Rumi send messages or run ads without me?+
No. Work must be approved by you before it is carried out. Customer communications, marketing plans and advertising are planned for later releases.
Can I see examples of Rumi at work?+
Yes. The Rumi page shows example conversations and makes clear which capabilities are available at launch and which are coming later.
Trust & support
Which language and payment options can I use?+
English is supported at launch. Further language support will roll out later. Payments are by credit card through Stripe, in USD.
Can I pause my subscription and resume later?+
Yes. You can pause your subscription and pick it up again at a later stage. Website and account export are not available for now.
What if I need accessibility assistance?+
If you have difficulty using the website or portal, contact us and describe the page and the task you are trying to complete. You can mention the assistive technology you use if helpful.
Is Indexed available in my country?+
Indexed is available to businesses in all countries. English is supported at launch, with further language support rolling out later.
Where do I talk to Rumi?+
You can talk to Rumi in your Indexed portal and send photos, documents and voice messages.
Can staff or family members have access?+
Yes. Staff and family members can have their own logins. Account permissions, including who can approve work, are configured in your portal setup.
What happens if I cancel my website?+
Your website remains live until the end of your paid period, unless you request immediate termination.
Do I have to publish my home address?+
No. A public street address is not required. You can keep your home address private and describe how and where you serve customers instead.
Are any business types excluded?+
Illegal businesses and activities are not permitted.
Does Indexed guarantee rankings or sales?+
No. Search visibility and AI recommendations can change, and neither rankings nor sales are guaranteed. The aim is to make your business clearer and easier to understand, then show you what needs attention.
What information do you use?+
We start with public business information and the details you provide or confirm. If you connect additional tools, review the requested access before approving it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
What if the information about my business is wrong?+
Tell us what needs correcting when you review it. You know your business best, and your approval matters before changes go live.
How do I get help?+
Onboarding is self-service with an AI assistant. Support is provided through our AI agents, with responses within 24 hours during our five-day support week. Support operates on Singapore time (SGT, UTC+8). A response does not necessarily mean the issue will be resolved within that time.
