As Seen In
Our Story
Strength, passion, craftsmanship — values quietly embedded into each bowl we serve.
We opened our first kitchen on Street 308, BKK1, with one intention: make ramen with soul. No shortcuts. Every pot tended carefully. Every batch made from scratch.
We slow-cook our broths from whole bones for hours. We source what we can locally — Kampot pepper, Battambang chili, river herbs. There are no shortcuts to a broth that warms you from the inside out.
